Okatee's privacy policies explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that Okatee can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.

Personal information we may collect:

• Your email
• Your name
• Your title
• Your phone number
• Your company name
• Your company address
• Your company website
• Your company size

Upon request we will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. You may also request that we delete any of your personal information.

Data we may collect:

• Anonymized error data
• Files for temporary processing

We avoid collecting user data unless where absolutely necessary. When we collect user data, we delete the data immediately after processing.

Google Data we collect:

• Your email
• Your name

When you use Okatee with Google services, Okatee may request for access to your Google files and/or Google Drive. Okatee does not store these files, and performs most processing tasks locally. If Okatee must process the files on a hosted service, we delete the data immediately after processing.

Our services limits storing user data where possible. Okatee software will not upload data to our hosted services. When user data is is uploaded to our hosted services, we only store user data for the amount of time required to process that data.
